Most people ask questions that don’t serve them, they ask questions that perpetuate limiting beliefs and poor results. Whether it’s personal, financial, and/or business problems, they simply ask the wrong questions.

So, what I would encourage you to do is to create a habit of asking powerful, intentional and insightful questions. Create a habit of reading those questions out loud on a regular basis in the morning and before you go to bed until your brain gives you the answer. Even if you’re unable to see a solution, sometimes just setting your (supercomputer) mind on the question, helps you change your state and see brand new possibilities.

  • Be in a state of possibility

Hey guys, my name is Jesse Razo and this is the Biz Designer Podcast.

So the big question is this. How do you design a business of your dreams? How, as an entrepreneur, do you grow a business that pays you what you’re worth without robbing you of your time, your relationships, and your health? That is the question and this podcast will give you the answers. My name is Jesse Razo, and welcome to the Biz Designer Podcast.

So, it’s after the first of the year and just starting in on some new habits. Wanted to start doing some things that would give us the ability to serve our clients on a higher level. Of course, that’s what we strive to do every single day is we want to just come up with ways to serve our customers and clients at the highest level possible. Just had surgery yesterday, had a ruptured bicep that I got at the last Spartan Race that I did. So, recovering from that and just kind of reflecting on some of the things that I want to do into the new year, and some of the changes that I want to make of my business. Hopefully, it’ll positive changes — be positive changes. And give us the ability again to impact our community and also our customers at a much higher level. So, one of the things that I wanted to share with you today is just something that I heard the other day from Anthony Robbins that I thought was relevant and would apply to not only our business but also to other people’s businesses. And something that he said really intrigued me and it also has been impactful to the way that it is that I go about problem-solving within my organization. So, what he implied was the fact that the human brain is like a master computer or a big computer. And there’s a lot of talks out there about AI and how we’re going to be replaced in the future by a cognitive power that’s going to be much more intelligent than we are today but today, we are the top of the intelligence ladder on this planet. And, our brains are like supercomputers. And what he put to me in his video is he said that the brain is like a computer and it’s going to problem-solve for you. And where a lot of people run into challenges is that they present the wrong questions to themselves. Questions that are derived from limited beliefs, and/or some type of challenge that continues to come up. And they present questions that don’t serve them in regards to solving the problems that face them. Whether it’s personal, financial, and/or business problems, they ask themselves the wrong questions. So, what I would encourage you to do is to create a habit of asking yourself really powerful and insightful questions. Create a habit of reading those questions out loud on a regular basis in the morning. Even if you’re unable to solve those questions, sometimes when you set your — you could read them right before you go to bed and kind of set your subconscious mind upon them while you sleep. I would assert that if you did this, you’re going to be astounded by the results that you get in the way that you’re able to solve some of the challenges that are facing you whether they’re business challenges, financial, and/or personal challenges. I’ve been practicing this at my business, for some time now. And I would encourage you to do the same, it’s been very impactful for us. So, again, create some habits that are going to serve you. Immerse yourself into those habits and continue to do the things that promote success within your business.
